How to Read a Supplement Facts Label
A practical explanation of serving size, servings per container, ingredient amounts and evidence boundaries.
Serving size comes first
The serving size defines the quantity represented by the amounts listed on the panel. If a product says one gummy is a serving, the ingredient amounts are interpreted per gummy unless the label states otherwise.
Servings per container
This number helps estimate how long a container is intended to last. It should be considered together with the recommended daily use rather than with the bottle image alone.
Ingredient amounts matter
Two products can list the same ingredients while using very different amounts or extracts. Without dose information, an ingredient list by itself is incomplete for evidence comparison.
Do not confuse blends with proof
A proprietary blend can make it harder to compare individual doses. Even a fully disclosed label, however, does not prove that the finished formula is clinically effective.
Use the current label
Labels can change. For Spartamax, the project images provide front-of-bottle information but not a readable full facts panel, so exact amounts should be taken from the current product label at purchase.
